Customer Scenario

At the beginning of the class, we mentioned all of the stakeholders that will be affected by our payment application.

We learned that there is a difference between the direct stakeholders, such as drivers, passengers etc. and the indirect stakeholders, such as a cashier at the train station that will be affected by the application.

After mentioning the stakeholders that are involved in our application, we had to think about different needs our application can solve. We had a hard time thinking about it, but we got some help. One of the solutions that were suggested is parental tracking based on the GPS that the app already has.

The third task we had this class was to choose a value that our application represents, and then question what comes on the hand of that value.

The last task of the class was also the most interesting. Our group had to think of the values of the theater and to apply them to our idea and to our application. The value that we liked the most and that we think is the most interesting is: "The show must go on", no matter what, the app will continue working.

At the end of the class, we chose three values that will lead us this year through the process: 1. Reliability 2. Efficiency 3. The show must go on.

And then we started creating our customer scenario.
