Needs synthesis

We discussed the needs and the challenges we encountered in our preliminary interviews and chose the 3 needs we found the most interesting. To depend our understanding of the need, we interviewed 10 more people. 

In order to better understand George's challenges and needs, we created an empathy map and performed participant and non-participant observations.

We made a visual demonstration of George's journey (a timeline) in the worst case scenario and started brainstorming with solution ideas.

Solution Flow and Systems Structure

We defined our solution as a 4 steps flow. In Addition, we started talking about a system's structure and some complex services we can use in our solution.

The research phase brought up a lot of challenges and needs. We focused on a specific need and created a naive persona based on the information we gathered so far.

We focused on choosing three leading values that will guide our group through the process of creating our venture. After choosing the values, we started imagining our user's scenario.
