Conclusions
We must work on our value proposition
-
How is our solution different from other solutions like Hop-On/ Digital Wallet

The user must have some control over his payments

-
The user must be involved in the payment process in order to trust the service.
-
The user needs to know that he is not charged for walking next to a bus station.
-
The user needs to have an indication wether he is being charged at the moment.

-
The app will start the payment service only after receiving the user’s confirmation. This confirmation will be used to charge the user for the entire ride, from the target to the final destination. (not for each ride).
-
A coloured bar will be displayed to indicate the app is currently charging(like the green bar displayed during a call)
We need to create a relationship with the user

-
We want the user to feel he is rewarded for being a repeating customer
-
We want the user to feel he is a good citizen for using public and shared transportation (??)
-
We want the user to feel that our app is his best solution for transportation payment (maybe even the cheapest option)

-
The user will gain points for using the app. The more points he gets, the higher his status. Different statuses will receive different perks.
We want to help the user by doing actions for him but we must also give him the option to make decisions and actions for himself

-
The app will recognise if the user started using transportation service and will ask him if he wants to start the service. In addition, the user will be able to start the service at any time.
-
The app will recognise if the user stopped using transportation service and will ask him if he wants to terminate the service. In addition, the user will be able to stop the service at any time.

Our vision is to make the transportation payment seamless - like walking on the street. But our solution will be somewhere in the middle (at least for now):
The user is ACTIVE
Today
The user is ACTIVE/PASSIVE
Our Solution
The user is PASSIVE
The Vision
Questions & Research
-
Who is client paying for? for us (and we will pay the transportations services) or directly to the transportation services.
-
How will the user confirm he payed for the service? we need a ticket replacement
-
How will we identify the user when / while getting on a vehicle / train station?
-
We need to learn more about how people are paying for multiple transportation services abroad
-
We need to learn more about Rav-Kav and the new “Rav-Kav revolution”
