We improved our “HMW” question:
How might we help George pay more efficiently when using multiple means of transportation?
We created a timeline of Georges way to work that describes his journey- What is he doing, where, why, and how he feels about it.
We demonstrated his journey using live improvisation
We used sticky-notes brainstorming to discover as many solutions as possible to Georges needs. We categorized our solutions to Applicable, Non-applicable, and crazy Ideas.
At home, we worked together in order to create “The perfect assistant” a storyboard that described George problem-solving angel as if he exists and help him in every step of his way. We also used the “Copy from the best” technic which features are used in the good apps and how can they fit with out solutions.
